The CelGen is based on the knowledge and technologies of Nicola Tesla and

BIOLOGICAL FOUNDATION
According to the research done by Dr. Robert Becker, a pioneer in discovering
the nature and functioning, Becker found that healthy cells possess an electrical
potential across the cell membrane that is equivalent to 70 - 110 millivolts.
This is a biological fact and can be found in any basic texbook. Older or
unhealthy cells possess a membrane potential of only about 50 - 65 millivolts.
Malignant cells have an even lower potential, approaching 10 - 15 millivolts.
This membrane potential is what cells use to perform their daily activities
of nutrient absorption and waste removal. Cells which possess the normal,
70 millivolt potential perform these activities with the greatest efficiency.

How does it Work?
When a person puts himself in the CelGen circuit, he is coupled with a multi-frequency,
micro-current field.
The cells of any one organ, organ system or tissue have a mean value of
their trans-cellular membrane potential. This mean value may be normal (70 -
110 millivolts), or may be lower due to cell age or disease (around 50 millivolts)
and malignant cells have been shown to possess a potential of only 10 - 15 millivolt
across their membranes.
Each organ/cell and meridian will have a certain frequency or group of frequencies
that it requires to elevate it's membrane potential.
Since the CelGen output is multi-frequency, any frequency needed by any
cell is available. The cells and organs will only resonate at certain frequencies
so they utilize only the energy they need at that frequency. As
the specific organ or cell type begins to re-adjust its overall membrane potential
due to the energy input, the energy requirement begins to decrease until an
equilibrium is reached and the energy once required by that target is no longer

or frequency analyzer. What we see is the displayed waveform changing over 15
- 20 minutes. This makes sense as the biochemical changes in the cell ultimately

Again, since the CelGen is multifrequency....the above described
action is happening in a simultaneous manner throughout the entire body.
It is a cascade of constantly changing currents, frequencies and equilibrium
states with the body directing this energy of its own accord to the
worst case regions. The result is that the action of this energy influx
causes the cells to return to a more normal metabolic state. It is in that
state that our cells are best able to carry out the processes of nutrient
and chemical intake and waste excretion. Cells that are in this normal state
