How fast will my order be filled?
A. Orders processed by 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time Monday - Friday will
be shipped within 48 hours, unless the products are on back order stated
otherwise.
How can I track my order?
A. There is a "Track Orders" button on the left hand navigation bar
on almost every page on the web site.
How much will it cost to ship my order?

Why do you ship via UPS only?
A. Our experience indicates that the United States Postal Service is too
unpredictable at times with respect to delivery committment times and does
not offer low cost tracking. UPS is very reliable and offers tracking as
a standard service. Tracking is excellent insurance for customer delivery
and also allows the customer to see where their package is at any time during
shipment.
I live overseas. What is your international shipment policy?
A. All duties and taxes associated with international shipping charges are
the responsibility of the customer.
What is your refund policy?
A. Refunds will be made with the same method of payment as the original
order. Credit card refunds may be made only to the same card used for the
original purchase. If a check was used, a refund may take up to 45 days.
Cross shipments must be secured by credit card until the returned product
is received in the Wellnesstools warehouse. Refund will be credited in 15
days after the return is received.
What is your Return Policy?
A. Wellness Tools has a 30 day Money Back guarantee on all of its products.
To take advantage of this guarantee the return must meet the following criteria:
LIKE NEW CONDITION - All returned products must be returned 100%
complete, including all of its components, all original boxes and packing
materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided
by the manufacturer.
INCOMPLETE, SCRATCHED or DAMAGED CONDITION - Wellnesstools reserves
the right to refuse crediting the customer's account and the product will
be returned to the customer. The return freight will be billed to the customer's
credit card.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
* All returns must have a RMA number for processing.
* Packages without a RMA number on the outside of the package will not
be accepted.
* Products received after 30 days will be returned to the customer and freight
billed to the customer's credit card.
Email us at sales@wellnesstools.com to request
a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of original
purchase. RMA's are only valid for 30 days (Postmarked by or Carrier
Posted by the 30th day) and can only be obtained by emailing your request
to this email address.
