The authors concluded that CES users reported a fewer number of health complaints, which manifested themselves with less intensity, a lower degree of sleep problems, less stress, faster discharge of tension, depression, anger, fatigue, and confusion, a greater degree of vigor, and lower levels of both state and trait anxiety.
