Warranty Information

THE NEURAL FX MODULES, NEUROTREK DIGITAL PRO AND CELGEN
AND ALL OTHER OFFERINGS ARE NOT INTENDED FOR THE DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT, CURE,
MITIGATION, OR PREVENTION OF DISEASE. THE NEURAL FX MODULES, NEUROTREK DIGITAL
PRO, CELGEN, LIGHT/SOUND MACHINES, AND CERTAIN OTHER OFFERINGS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED
FOR USE BY PERSONS WITH: ON-DEMAND PACEMAKERS, HISTORY OF SEIZURES, OR PREGNANT

simple relaxation. No statement made on our website… no information provided
by our employees… no manufacturer's literature sometimes enclosed in our packaging…
should be construed as a medical claim or representation that the products are
intended for the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment or prevention of disease
or any other medical condition. Only a licensed medical provider can
do this and you should contact such a practitioner if you have any doubts
or have a medical condition. Our products are not medical devices and
cannot be relied upon to supply medical benefits. We assume no liability
risk involved in the use of the products we offer. We make no warranty, expressed
or implied, other than the materials conform to applicable standard specifications.

are intended and statements made here have not been evaluated or approved by
the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. If you have a medical condition or if you

HARDWARE
Wellnesstools, warrants to the original end user ("Customer")
that purchases a product new from Wellnesstools or its authorized retailer that
the Wellnesstools Neural Fx hardware product (i.e. NeuroTrek Digital Pro, Single
Function Neural FX Series or CelGen), but not the accessories, carry
case or any other associated product ("Product") will be free from defects in
workmanship and materials, under normal intended use, for thirty (30) days from
the date of original purchase. Other offerings are covered by their respective
Manufacturer's Warranty and Return policy. Wellnesstools's sole obligation under
this express warranty shall be, at Wellnesstools option and expense to replace
the Product or part with a comparable product or part, repair the Product or
part, or if neither repair nor replacement is reasonably available, Wellnesstools
may, in its sole discretion, refund to Customer the purchase price paid for
the Product or part. Replacement Products or Parts may be new or reconditioned.
All Products or parts that are replaced become the property of Wellnesstools.
Wellnesstools shall not be responsible for Customer's or any third party's software,
firmware, information, or memory data contained in, sorted on, or integrated
with any Products returned to Wellnesstools for repair, whether under warranty
or not.
OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE
Customer must notify Wellnesstools by email at sales@wellnesstools.com of any defect in the Product within the applicable warranty period and provide
dated proof of original purchase from Wellnesstools to obtain warranty service
for the defect. Wellnesstools will provide a warranty service authorization
(or RMA Number) in response to each such notice and the Customer must deliver
that warranty service authorization (or RMA Number) with the Product or parts.
Wellnesstools is not responsible for Customer Products or parts received
without a warranty service authorization. In the United States, Wellnesstools
may ship a repaired Product or replacement Product as soon as reasonably possible,
which will be no later than sixty (60) days after Wellnesstools receives
the original Product. Repaired or replacement Products will be shipped to
Customer at Wellnesstools's expense. The repair and replacement process for
Products or parts in locations outside of the United States will vary depending
on Customer's location.
Wellnesstools shall not be liable under this warranty if its testing
and examination disclose that the alleged defect in the Product does not exist
or was caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation or testing, unauthorized
attempts to open, repair, or modify the Product, or any other cause beyond the
range of the intended use, or by accident, fire, lightning, other hazards, or
acts of God. This warranty does not cover physical damage to the surface
of the Product, including cracks or scratches on the outside casing. This warranty
does not apply when the malfunction results from the use of this Product in
conjunction with any unauthorized products and Wellnesstools determines that
there is no fault with the Product itself.
GENERAL WARRANTY
SHIPPING:
Orders processed by 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time Monday - Friday will be shipped
within 48 hours, unless the products are on back order stated otherwise. Please
be aware that our shipping options are offered for weekday delivery only. PRICING:
All prices are subject to change without prior notification. We are not responsible
for misprints or out of stock items.
INTERNATIONAL: All duties and taxes associated with international shipping
charges are the responsibility of the customer.
STYLES: Actual styles of some products and accessories may vary from the pictorial
representation found in the catalog and / or web site.
REFUNDS:
Refunds will be made with the same method of payment as the original order.
Credit card refunds may be made only to the same card used for the original
purchase. If a check was used, a refund may take up to 45 days.
CROSS SHIPMENTS:
Cross shipments must be secured by credit card until the returned product
is received in the Wellnesstools warehouse. Refund will be credited in 15
days after the return is received.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES:
Shipping and handling charges are non- refundable, including any charges
incurred for COD orders, Saturday delivery or shipments that are refused.

to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days
of original purchase. RMA's are only valid for 30 days (Postmarked by
or Carrier Posted by the 30th day) and can only be obtained by emailing your
request to this email address.
TO RETURN MERCHANDISE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE
OBTAIN A RMA #
- All returns must have a RMA number for processing.
- Packages without a RMA number on the outside of the package will not be accepted.
- Products received after 30 days will be returned to the customer
and freight billed to the customer's credit card.
RETURN PACKAGING - Repack the product in its original packaging,
with all manuals and related materials. Place the package product in a protective
outer box. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside box /
package.
Please Note: We must receive all original products in order to process your
return or exchange. Wellnesstools is not responsible for products that are damaged
due to poor packaging or lost shipments. Remember to keep your Tracking
Number.
RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES - The customer is responsible for
shipping Charges on returned products, Wellnesstools will match your shipping
method on your replacement or exchange product(s). If the return is our
mistake, we will refund the shipping cost. We recommend shipping via ground.
RETURN SHIPPING METHOD - Wellnesstools strongly recommends
you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged in
transit. We also recommend you use a carrier that can provide you with proof
of delivery for your protection. Remember to keep your Tracking Number.
PRODUCT DAMAGED IN TRANSIT - If your product arrived DAMAGED in transit,
it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. Please inform Wellnesstools of
the refusal. If you accept the package, make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery
record in order for Wellnesstools to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise and the original
box and packing it arrived in, notify Wellnesstools immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection
and pick up of the damaged merchandise.
*RETURNED PRODUCT CONDITION:
LIKE NEW CONDITION - All returned products must be returned 100% complete,
including all of its components, all original boxes and packing materials, manuals, blank
warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
INCOMPLETE, SCRATCHED or DAMAGED CONDITION - Wellnesstools reserves the right
to refuse crediting the customer's account and the product will be returned to the
customer. The return freight will be billed to the customer's credit card.
WARRANTIES EXCLUSIVE
TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES AND
REMEDIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED TERMS, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
